Why We Are

All people deserve the opportunity to participate fully in activities that bring health, fulfillment, and joy. Core7 exists to support individuals who, for any reason, are unable to engage in the activities that matter most to them. By combining public health insight with occupational therapy practice, we work to build stronger, more inclusive communities.

Our Approach

With over 25 years of experience in occupational therapy, Louisa Cotton brings a uniquely interdisciplinary approach to care. Her background spans public health, humanitarian work, and coaching in ski, mountain biking, wind sports, and climbing. This blend of expertise allows Core7 to offer innovative, activity-based therapy grounded in real-life movement, outdoor environments, and sustainable health habits.

The Philosphy
(The Seven C’s)

Core7’s work is guided by seven core principles: compassion, community, cultural safety, comprehensive care, competence, client-centered practice, and collaboration. These values shape every assessment, recommendation, and partnership.
